Funding Options

Kelsea Green Speech Pathology is not a registered NDIS provider, but clients with self-managed or plan-managed funds can use their NDIS funding for our services. Families pay upfront and claim costs back from NDIS. We provide all necessary documentation for your claims.

Certain speech pathology services are eligible for Medicare rebates under programs such as the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. Speak with your GP about obtaining a referral.

Some Private Health Care funds and policy may be eligible to claim a rebate for Speech Pathology assessment and therapy services. Contact your Private Health Care provider to find out more information.

How to Access Funding

We reserve dedicated time for your child’s sessions. If you can’t make an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find alternative options to keep their progress on track.

Please provide at least two business days before the appointment notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
